After more than 80 years, we are still expanding access to quality, affordable health care. Over time, we have adjusted our business strategy, products, services and operations to meet our changing customer needs. We have also evolved how we engage with, invest in and deliver programs to the communities where our members live, work and play.
Our annual Social Responsibility Report provides us the opportunity to reflect on how we touch lives in our communities, from small personal moments to monumental life-changing events. It includes program overviews and stories that remind us what is driving our decisions every day — doing the right thing, respecting everyone, keeping our promises and putting our heart into our work so we can achieve results for those who depend on us.
